WS 201 Women's Studies:

An Interdisciplinary Introduction (3) S,SC. An interdisciplinary introduction to the study of women. Topics may include gender ideologies and views of women, social roles, education, the family, economics, and politics. The major ideas and leaders of feminist movements and theories may also be considered. Topics will be approached from the perspective of both the social sciences and humanities and will include some comparision with non-Western and past cultures.
