WS 389. Gender: Female, Male and Beyond (3.0):

This course will introduce students to cultural constructions and performances
of masculinity, femininity, and alternative genders across time and space.
Topics and cases will be drawn from a wide variety of cultural settings, using
research by archaeologists, linguistics, physical anthropologists, and sociocultural
anthropologists.
